  • How to put together your training project?
    • Identify your specific training project needs
    • Check our training offers (by reading through the catalogue, either on paper or online, in your Customer Portal)
    • Identify which type of training course is right for your specific needs
    • If none are adequate for you, make a request from your dedicated training centre or CSM

For any additional information you may require or need assistance of any kind regarding training, contact your dedicated training centre or CSM.

 

  • How much will this training project cost me?
    • Request the information to your training centre or CSM
    • Or, request a personalised estimate from your dedicated training centre or CSM
    • You will need to provide the following information:
      • The engine version and type of course you require
      • The language of the training course
      • The desired start and finish dates of the course
      • Your contact details
    • Or, you may make this request online on the schedule & enrollment page

 

  • How do I sign up?
    • You already are registered on your Customer Portal
      • Connect to your Customer Portal and fill the specific pre-registration form in training web area
    • You don’t have a your Customer Portal account registration yet 
      • In the authentication area, use the link «create an account »
      • When you will receive your login and password , connect to your Customer Portal to fill the specific pre-registration form in the training area
    • By fax, email, telephone or post addressed to your dedicated training centre or CSM, with the following information:
      • The engine version and type of course you require
      • The language of the training course
      • The desired start and finish dates of the course
      • Your contact details

 

  • How do I prepare myself before a training course?
    • Follow the e-learning modules (available in your Customer Portal)
    • Read the notification to attend sent to you, in which you will find the following information:
      • Date and location of the training course
      • A site map of the training centre
      • General organisation of the course (arrival, transport, meals)

 

  • Will Safran Helicopter Engines offer support after the training course?
    • If you followed a level 1 maintenance course, you are entitled to a free 2-day refresher course.
    • The Field Reps network is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have or help you find a solution to your issue
