The aim of the TOP5 Product Customer Irritants was to better detect your dissatisfactions regarding our products during your operations, to develop for each engine family solutions matching your real needs and to accelerate their implementation.
Regarding the prioritization of the subjects, Safran Helicopter Engines has respected your criteria:
Regarding the development of the solutions, short term solutions and permanent solutions will be presented for each subject. With a sample of operators we will check each of them to make sure they suit your operational expectations.
Regarding the regular feedback you required, our technical and commercial Front Offices teams are regularly updated with a complete follow up of each subject. Your usual Safran Helicopter Engines contacts will inform you of the solutions and help you implement them to your fleet.
