The Turbomeca warranty covers engines, modules, accessories and components repairs that are new, repaired or overhauled.
The warranty covers the operation of the item for a calendar time limit or a number of operating hours according to the type of item supplied.
The warranty covers the storage of the item for a calendar time limit and according to the condition of the item supplied.

Optimised process to give rapid responses to your claims
From the reception of your warranty claim, you receive the administrative admissibility within 48 hours.
For almost half claims, there is no need for a Turbomeca technical assessment and the definitive response is sent within 48 (Short Track). When a Turbomeca technical assessment is needed in one of our Repair & Overhaul Center, the definitive response is sent within 60 days maximum.
As soon as the warranty claim is accepted, Turbomeca repair or replaced the equipment paid for by Turbomeca.

Free Pick up service of your equipment
Turbomeca put the Pick up service* in place: no constraints for customers and a quicker transit time. We organise the drop shipment of your equipment from your facilities directly to the repair center where it will be treated (free of charge when the warranty claim is accepted).
This service is available under specific logistic coverage. If your area is covered, you will receive a proposal from your CSR.

A minimum immobilization time of your equipment with additional services:
If your stock does not allow you to keep flying, we propose you the following services.
Standard exchange: for engine, module or repairable accessory (under stock availability conditions).
Turbomeca offers you too the possibility to contract an anticipated standard exchange to avoid any break in your activity.
Rental : during the repair of your engine, module, regulator (FCU) or HP/BP pump measure (HMU).
